1500 Calorie Vegetarian Diet

1500 Calorie Vegetarian Diet

Greetings fellow veggies. We all know finding a proper 1500 calorie vegetarian diet isn’t the easiest thing in the world, it seems that vegetarian diets aren’t as popular as others. It kinda makes you feel neglected a little bit, doesn’t it? Well, after spending hours and hours in research being a vegetarian myself, I did find some info here and there and had to eventually come up with my own 1500 calorie vegetarian diet plan. Which I’ll share with you in case you wanna try it out.

So far, I’ve seen some great results with this 1500 calorie vegetarian diet plan. I’ve lost about 28 pounds in two months without putting in so much of an effort to be honest. I just followed the plan to the letter and I still am to keep my weight controlled.

Before you get started with my 1500 Calorie Vegetarian Diet…

To lose weight effectively, you must keep on track with a very specific daily diet plan. You should follow your daily schedule to the letter to get your body to adjust to your new calorie intake habits. Keep in mind that each person is different and depending on your metabolism, it may take you longer or (hopefully) less time than others to see results.

What most people don’t realize is that their body adjusts the daily need of calorie intake it needs to properly function according to how YOU train it. Your body will then translate it’s needs to a feeling of hunger, making you head straight to your refrigerator. And as long as you keep obeying it, it will only increase the tension of how much hungry it makes you feel resulting in outrageous portions of food needed to satisfy it.

This is where most people lose control and start gaining weight. While at the same time they justify the fact saying something like “I’m hungry, hence my body needs food”…

When you begin to follow a 1500 calorie vegetarian diet to fit your body height (height is the ultimate metric on how much you should weight), you’ll soon realize that you truly don’t need any more food than that to satisfy your organism. The feeling of hunger will stand strong when you begin. As time goes by it will wear down and things will get much, much easier.

This is the case with most modern, advanced societies. We mostly eat because we love to eat, not because we need to eat. Unless you’re working hard and sweating everyday being a constructor or if you work in a shipyard or something, chances are you need minimal food to sustain your well being and health.

Mark my words and keep them in mind, to effectively lose weight, not only do you need to strictly follow a 1500 calorie vegetarian diet plan, you really need to keep yourself motivated. Just imagine how great it’ll be going to the beach and have everyone staring at how great your body looks, the great mood you’ll be in and the self-confidence you’ll gain by taking care of your body weight.

You can obviously setup your very own 1500 calorie vegetarian diet, just make sure you weight your food and never get pass the 1500 calorie limit. If you have the time, you should combine your diet with some exercise but nothing excessive. Just go for a walk every now and then and only after an hour or so has passed since you ate. I for example, found the opportunity to walk the family dog sometimes to get my body moving. Keep in mind that if you exercise regularly (jogging or going to the gym for instance), you will have to adjust the daily calorie intake to more than this 1500 calorie vegetarian diet suggests. Otherwise, your body won’t keep up with the pressure. Good luck, remember to stay consistent with your efforts!
